Spin-to-Win Official Rules

These are the official rules for the “Spin to Win” promotional offer (the “Promotion”) on designedbyanthony.com. This is a promotional discount offer, not a sweepstakes — every eligible spin reveals a promotional offer toward Designed by Anthony services. There is no element of chance to whether you receive an offer, and no purchase is necessary to spin or to receive an offer. By spinning the wheel and submitting your email, you agree to these rules.

1. Sponsor and contact

The Promotion is offered by Designed by Anthony (“ANTHONY”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship of Anthony Jones in Rome, NY, USA.

Effective date: 2026-05-31. We may update these rules at any time (see Section 12).

2. Eligibility

To participate and to redeem any offer you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Be a business owner or an authorized decision-maker for the business the offer would be applied to;
  • Be located in the United States or Canada, which is the area ANTHONY serves. Visitors from the EU, UK, EEA, and Switzerland are blocked at the Cloudflare edge and are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of ANTHONY and members of their immediate household are not eligible.

3. How it works

  • The wheel is available to the first 1,000 spins of the Promotion while supplies last.
  • One spin per email address and per browser session. We use a non-personal browser fingerprint plus your email to enforce this; attempts to spin repeatedly (clearing cookies, multiple emails, automated requests) are not eligible and may be disqualified.
  • A valid email address is required to claim any offer. Once you spin, we email you the offer details and, where applicable, a promo code.
  • The wheel result is the offer you receive. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before honoring any offer.

4. General terms applying to every offer

All offers revealed by the wheel are promotional offers and discounts toward Designed by Anthony services. Unless an individual offer says otherwise:

  • No cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
  • Non-transferable — valid only for the person/business that received it.
  • Not combinable with any other offer, coupon, discount, or promotion.
  • One offer per customer and per business, regardless of how many spins or emails are associated with that business.
  • Apply only to new engagements / new projects with ANTHONY (except the no-purchase-necessary offers in Section 5(e)).
  • Do not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed (see our Terms of Service). The signed engagement controls if it conflicts with these rules.
  • Are subject to ANTHONY’s standard scope, availability, and scheduling.

5. Specific offer conditions

(a) 6MO SEO FREE — six months of Local SEO — Growth at no charge

This offer provides six (6) months of ANTHONY’s Local SEO — Growth plan ($150/mo, a $900 value) at no charge, and is available ONLY with the purchase of a new website that is designed, built, and hosted by Designed by Anthony.

  • The free six months begins at launch of the new ANTHONY-built website.
  • It is NOT redeemable for SEO, management, optimization, or maintenance of an existing website or any website built by a third party — including, without limitation, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy, or any site not built and hosted by Designed by Anthony. We do not provide standalone SEO or ongoing management for third-party-built sites under this offer.
  • After the six (6) free months, Local SEO — Growth continues at the then-standard monthly rate ($150/mo at the time of this offer) and is billed monthly via Stripe unless you cancel with the notice stated in your signed engagement (cancellation effective at the end of the then-current billing period).
  • The website build, hosting, and the ongoing Local SEO — Growth plan are governed by your signed engagement.

(b) FREE BUILD — complimentary custom website build for new Local SEO — Growth clients

This offer waives the build fee for a custom website for new clients who enroll in ANTHONY’s Local SEO — Growth plan (a founding-partner style arrangement).

  • Hosting and the monthly Local SEO — Growth plan ($150/mo) are paid by the client; only the one-time build fee is waived.
  • This is not a standalone free website and is not valid on, or as a rebuild of, an existing or third-party-built site unrelated to a new ANTHONY build + Local SEO — Growth engagement.
  • Requires a minimum Local SEO — Growth commitment of twelve (12) months as stated in your signed engagement.
  • Build scope, revisions, timeline, and the Local SEO — Growth terms are defined in your signed engagement.

(c) $100 OFF, $150 OFF, $250 OFF, and 10% OFF — discount codes

These offers apply as a discount toward a new website project or paid services with Designed by Anthony.

  • New engagements only. One per customer and per business.
  • Code expires 7 days after it is issued (the date of your spin). The code must be applied to a new engagement within that window.
  • Not combinable with any other offer. No cash value. The percentage offer (10% OFF) applies to the project or service subtotal as stated at checkout.

(d) AUDIT+ and STRATEGY CALL — complimentary, no purchase necessary

These offers are complimentary and require no purchase:

  • AUDIT+ — a complimentary upgrade to your website audit.
  • STRATEGY CALL — a complimentary strategy consultation.
  • Both must be scheduled and redeemed within 30 days of the date of your spin. They carry no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Redemption window and expiry

Coded discount offers (Section 5(c)) expire 7 days after issue. Complimentary offers (Section 5(d)) expire 30 days after issue. The website-build-dependent offers (Sections 5(a) and 5(b)) must be claimed by contacting us, and the underlying engagement must be signed, within 30 days of your spin unless we agree otherwise in writing. Expired offers cannot be reinstated.

7. Substitution, modification, and cancellation

ANTHONY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an offer of equal or greater value, modify these rules, or suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time — including for suspected fraud, technical failure, or any cause that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion. We are not responsible for typographical or technical errors in the wheel, the codes, or these rules.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHONY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROMOTION OR ANY OFFER. ANTHONY’S TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PROMOTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE INDIVIDUAL OFFER AT ISSUE. The full limitations in our Terms of Service (Sections 9–10) also apply.

9. Privacy

The email and non-personal browser fingerprint you submit are used to administer the Promotion, prevent duplicate spins, and email you your offer. How we collect, use, and retain that information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oneida County, NY.

11. How to redeem

  • Coded offers ($100 / $150 / $250 / 10% OFF): the code is auto-applied at /checkout and is also emailed to you.
  • All other offers (6MO SEO FREE, FREE BUILD, AUDIT+, STRATEGY CALL): reply to our email or call or text (315) 281-9639 to redeem. Tell us which offer you won.

12. Changes to these rules

We may update these rules. The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current rules. Continuing to participate after a change constitutes acceptance.
