How much does a custom website cost in Central New York?
Your hand-coded site is a flat $499 one-time — you own the code, and hosting is just $39.99/yr. No subscription to keep it online. Launch offer through August 31, 2026: book a new build and your first 6 months of Local Visibility — Growth ($900 value) are free — then $150/mo only if you want to keep the momentum. Ten-page packages start at $799 and packages up to twenty pages start at $999. Custom-function and multi-location scopes are priced in writing.
How long does it take to build a service-business website?
Most websites are live in two to four weeks once we agree on the plan and you send your content. Smaller fixes and single pages can be faster. Bigger projects with multiple locations take longer. You see the timeline in writing before any work starts, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
Why not just use a template site builder?
A custom build can remove avoidable template weight and plugin dependencies while giving your services, proof, and calls to action a structure that fits the business. We test the finished site for usability and technical quality; search performance varies by market and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you handle local visibility and Google Business Profile too?
Yes. Every website includes a technical foundation: clean structure, proper headings, mobile-friendly pages, and markup that matches the visible business information. Hosting is a flat $39.99/yr. Local Visibility can add accurate Google Business Profile maintenance, posts, citation cleanup, and reporting. Book a new build through August 31, 2026 and the first 6 months of Local Visibility — Growth ($900 value) are free; continue at $150/mo only if you choose. No long-term contract.
Do you only work with businesses in Central New York?
Based in Rome, NY, and focused first on service businesses in Utica, Rome, New Hartford, Syracuse, Clinton, and Old Forge. Remote projects can still be considered when the fit is right.
What happens when I request the free audit?
Send us your website address. Anthony reviews the public site for speed, mobile friendliness, and technical SEO, then follows up with the most important findings and an honest opinion on whether a rebuild is worth it.
Do I actually own my website when it is done?
Yes. The code, the design, and the content are all yours. We hand over everything at launch. Most agencies keep the code and your site disappears when you stop paying them. Hosting is a flat $39.99/yr, and the optional $150/mo Local Visibility — Growth is growth work — never permission to keep your own site. If you ever leave, you take your site with you.
