Future-ready infrastructure

How we build future-ready websites

Most small-business sites are built for yesterday’s web. Yours runs on Cloudflare’s edge, loads fast, exposes clean structure, and stays ready for AI search and CRM-powered actions.

The five pillars

What you actually get

Plain-English version of what we ship so the site keeps working as search, AI, and customer behavior change.

One codebase, one runtime

Most agencies stitch together a CMS, a hosting provider, an analytics tool, and a forms vendor. We build a single customer-facing system that runs on Cloudflare and connects cleanly to the CRM layer behind it. One bill, one outage page, one phone call when something goes wrong.

Edge, not origin

A typical site on Netlify or Vercel runs from about 30 regions. Yours runs on Cloudflare’s network of 300+ cities. For a customer in Watertown searching for an HVAC contractor on a 4G phone, that is the difference between a request flying to Virginia and back versus serving from Buffalo.

Server-rendered, instantly interactive

Astro handles the indexable pages and the Next dynamic shell handles build, checkout, contracts, and portal flows. Google and AI crawlers get fully rendered HTML, while visitors still get fast app-grade interactions where the workflow needs them.

Readable by AI, useful to people

The site is structured around services, proof, service areas, FAQs, pricing, and next steps. That helps customers decide faster today and gives recommendation engines cleaner evidence as AI discovery becomes normal.

Real infrastructure with a public status page

Cloudflare D1 for your database, R2 for files, Workers for code. Every deploy is gated by automated tests, security scans, and a production smoke check. The public status page (status.designedbyanthony.com) shows 90 days of uptime history — you can verify the claim before you commit.

After we send the preview

What happens after the design preview lands in your inbox

No mystery, no chasing. The preview link does the work — you either Approve, Suggest, or do nothing. Each path is clearly defined.

Approve

One click on the green Approve button and your site goes live the same day — before the first invoice clears, before any waiting period. We treat the Approve click as your commitment, not the payment.

Suggest changes

Pin a comment anywhere on the live preview — no exporting screenshots, no email back-and-forth. Each pin becomes a tracked item in our queue. We turn revisions around in 24–48 hours and re-send the same preview link.

Do nothing

Fully refundable until the moment you Approve. The preview stays live for your team to review at their pace. If you decide it's not the right fit before Approve, there's no invoice and no awkward conversation.

Once you Approve, the auto-go-live promise kicks in: your domain points at the live site within the hour, and you get a 60-day free trial of VertaFlow CRM so every lead that arrives from day one lands in a real inbox — not a black hole.

Honest tradeoffs

When we are not the right fit

Three cases where we will tell you to hire someone else.

You want a Shopify storefront

We will send you to Shopify. They are the right answer for product-catalog commerce and we are not pretending otherwise.

You need 50+ team members editing content daily

We are great for one to five editors. Past that, a dedicated CMS like Sanity (which we can wire in) is the right call.

You need a mobile app

We build websites, not iOS or Android apps. We will point you at someone good.

Send the brief

Want the deep technical version?

Send me your current site and a one-paragraph note about what is slow, broken, or embarrassing. I will reply within one business day with a written assessment — no sales deck, no contract pressure.
