Website Rescue & Rebuild
Website Rescue is for owners with a site that is slow, broken on phones, outdated, or difficult to maintain. The free audit identifies what should be preserved, repaired, consolidated, or rebuilt. Focused rescues start at $250 after an audit-backed written scope; larger migrations are quoted in writing after the same audit. Relevant old URLs are mapped to their new counterparts and checked before cutover to reduce migration risk. Availability and search performance cannot be guaranteed during a domain change.

Side-by-side: what most agencies do vs how we do it.
| Aspect | Traditional approach | ANTHONY. |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Custom quote, often $3,000–$10,000 to rebuild | From $250 after a free audit and fixed written scope. |
| SEO preservation | Migration quality and search effects vary by implementation | URL map, redirects, validation, and post-launch monitoring |
| Cutover | Site goes offline during DNS propagation | Built in staging, swapped instantly via Cloudflare DNS |
| Content migration | You re-enter content into a new CMS | We migrate every page, photo, and meta tag exactly |
| Hosting after rebuild | Still on the same shared cPanel that caused the issue | Fast Cloudflare hosting — attack-protected, SSL automatic, no plugins to update |

FAQ
Everything you need to know about this service.
How is a website rescue priced?
Focused rescues start at $250. Larger migrations are quoted in writing after the same free audit. The audit comes first, followed by a fixed written scope that identifies the pages, redirects, content, and technical work included.
Will my website go down during the rescue?
We build the new version in a private staging environment, validate it, and plan the DNS change with you. A careful cutover minimizes disruption, but DNS propagation and third-party services are outside our control, so no migration can promise zero downtime.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No one can promise that. We map relevant old URLs to their new counterparts, implement redirects, keep useful content available, and monitor the migration. Those steps reduce avoidable risk, but Google determines how and when it processes changes.
Do you redesign the site or just copy it?
A rescue can preserve the useful content, URLs, and brand while repairing the technical foundation. If the audit shows that the business also needs a new structure or visual direction, the custom website path starts at $499.
What if my old site is more than 20 pages?
The audit inventories every useful page and redirect. If the site is larger than the posted rescue scope, the additional migration work is included in the fixed written price before work starts.
What's the catch?
Two trade-offs. First, we don't migrate plugins — if your old site relied on a WordPress plugin for a booking calendar or e-commerce, we'll either find a modern equivalent (Calendly, Stripe Checkout) or quote that as a separate add-on. Second, we don't carry forward broken design decisions. If your current site has a 90s-era frameset that breaks on mobile, we'll rebuild it as a clean mobile-first layout — close to the original but cleaner.
Can you get me out of my local-media agency contract?
We cannot change another provider's contract, but we can plan a replacement site and migration around its end date. A preview subdomain can be useful while the existing agreement remains active; the final DNS change is scheduled after access, approvals, and the cutover plan are confirmed.
How long does the rescue take?
The timeline depends on page count, content access, integrations, and DNS ownership. After the audit we provide a written schedule for the approved rescue scope before work starts.
