Why is my Google Business Profile suspended?
Almost always one of three things: a category change Google flagged as spam, a business name change that does not match your business registration, or a NAP (name/address/phone) inconsistency between GBP and the web. Reinstatement usually takes 2–6 weeks of working through Google's support form with the right business documentation. We have done it dozens of times.
Can you hide or remove bad reviews?
No, and anyone who says they can is lying. Google only removes reviews that violate its content policies (fake, hate speech, off-topic, conflict of interest). What we CAN do is flag reviews that genuinely violate policy, respond professionally to all reviews in a way that demonstrates ownership to future readers, and build a steady stream of positive reviews so any single negative one is diluted.
How do I get more reviews on Google?
Three things, in order of impact: (1) ask every happy customer at the moment of service completion, ideally via a one-click review link, (2) follow up by text 24 hours later if they did not leave one, (3) make it absurdly easy — short URL, no login friction. We set up the review request automation and provide the scripts. Most clients go from 12 reviews to 80+ in the first year.
How much does GBP management cost?

If you want GBP standalone, we quote it separately, typically $99–199/mo depending on number of locations and review volume. What's the difference between Google Business Profile and Google My Business?
Same product, renamed. Google rebranded GMB to GBP in November 2021. The standalone GMB app was retired in 2022 — you now manage your profile through the Google Maps app, the Google Search interface, or the web dashboard at business.google.com.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. We become a manager on your GBP listing through Google's invitation flow — you keep primary ownership and can remove our access at any time with one click. We never ask for your password.
