Why is my Google Business Profile suspended?
A suspension can have several causes, including a category change, a name change that does not match business documentation, or inconsistent business information. Google controls the review process and its timing. We help assemble the relevant documentation and follow Google’s published process, without promising reinstatement or a date.
Can you hide or remove bad reviews?
No, and anyone who says they can is lying. Google only removes reviews that violate its content policies (fake, hate speech, off-topic, conflict of interest). What we CAN do is flag reviews that genuinely violate policy, respond professionally to all reviews in a way that demonstrates ownership to future readers, and build a steady stream of positive reviews so any single negative one is diluted.
How do I get more reviews on Google?
Ask eligible customers consistently after service completion, make the review link easy to find, and follow the platform’s review policies. We can set up the request flow and provide scripts, but cannot promise a review count, rating, or response rate.
How much does GBP management cost?
If you take Local Visibility — Growth ($150/mo), GBP management is included — no separate fee. If you want GBP standalone, we quote it separately, typically $99–199/mo depending on number of locations and review volume. Most clients do a Local Visibility tier because GBP and website SEO compound on each other.
What's the difference between Google Business Profile and Google My Business?
Same product, renamed. Google rebranded GMB to GBP in November 2021. The standalone GMB app was retired in 2022 — you now manage your profile through the Google Maps app, the Google Search interface, or the web dashboard at business.google.com.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. We become a manager on your GBP listing through Google's invitation flow — you keep primary ownership and can remove our access at any time with one click. We never ask for your password.
Will managing my GBP actually drive more calls?
A complete, active profile gives buyers and platforms clearer facts to work with. We track available calls, clicks, views, and direction requests in the report, but the outcome depends on the market, customer behavior, and Google’s systems.
What if my business name changed or I moved locations?
Both are handled carefully. Google may require verification for a name or address change. We help prepare the change, follow the required process, and update the relevant business listings; Google determines verification requirements and timing.
