It depends on your team. Neo Mail ($1.99/user/mo) is what we recommend for most solo operators and small teams — it's cheap, the UI is clean, and the free domain is a real perk. Google Workspace ($6/user/mo) is worth it if you need shared Drive folders, Calendar, and Meet for a team of 3+. Zoho is the budget option if you want Google-Workspace-style features at a lower price. We'll tell you which fits in our intake call.

$249 one-time for the full setup regardless of provider — that covers DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), account creation, migration of up to 5 mailboxes from your old provider, shared alias configuration, and team training. The recurring email cost (Neo, Google, Zoho) is billed directly to you by the provider so there's no middleman markup.

Yes. We migrate up to 5 mailboxes from your old provider via IMAP, which preserves all folders, labels, and history. Migration usually takes a few hours per mailbox depending on volume. Mailboxes beyond 5 are billed at $25 each.

Different feature sets. Neo Mail is purely email + simple calendar — that's why it can run at $1.99/user/mo and include a free domain. Google Workspace bundles Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and shared calendars, which is why it's $6+/user/mo. If you only need email and you do not need a shared Drive, Neo is the obvious pick.

Not at all. If you're happy with Google Workspace, stay on it — we'll just make sure your DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are clean. The Email & Domain Setup service works whether you're starting fresh, switching providers, or just tightening up what you already have.

We configure your old provider to forward incoming mail to the new one for 30–60 days so nothing in flight gets lost. Once you and your team have updated your business cards, signatures, and any third-party integrations, you can shut down the old account.

Two real ones. (1) Neo Mail and Zoho have smaller support staffs than Google — issues that come up are usually resolved via documentation and email, not a 24/7 phone line. (2) Their ecosystems are smaller — there is no Neo equivalent of Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Docs all integrated. If your team needs those, the Google Workspace premium is justified.

Not if SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured correctly — which is included in every setup. Most "my emails go to spam" complaints we hear come from businesses whose DNS was set up by their domain registrar without any of these auth records. We verify deliverability with a Mail-Tester score of 9+/10 before we hand off.
